* All warranties apply to the original owner only (unless prior arrangements have been made and documented with GarageFloorCoating.com and are non-transferrable).
** Efflorescence or Moisture Vapor Transmission: GarageFloorCoating.com mitigates moisture on all concrete substrates to allow for proper penetration and adhesion regardless of moisture levels. For full-chip garage floor installations, including our Ultra, Bagari SE, Earth Effects, Vintage Mica and Artisan Collection coating systems, any delamination due to moisture-related issues ARE covered under this warranty (unlike “1-day polyurea-polyaspartic” coating systems).
*** Should any delamination occur during this period, GarageFloorCoating.com will repair the delaminated area(s) at no charge to the customer. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee a color match on touch-up repairs due to factors beyond our control (i.e., dye lot changes, color settling, etc.), but we will make every effort to match the color. A trip charge of $100 will be applied to the balance due, if we arrive at the buyer’s residence and are unable to perform an installation/repair due to an unprepared or inaccessible residence.
Warranty Exclusions
1. Warranty does not apply to any defect caused by alterations or modifications of any kind.
2. Warranty excludes damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect or accidents.
3. Warranty excludes damage due to harsh chemicals such as battery acid.
4. Warranty excludes cracking in the underlying concrete as we cannot be held responsible for concrete that cracks due to heaving, shifting, popping, settling, or ground movement. However, we can fix the cracks at an additional charge, but we cannot guarantee that cracks will not reappear.
5. GarageFloorCoating.com does not warranty dulling of finish caused by customer negligence which includes but is not limited to lack of general/cleaning care, heavy use, harsh chemical cleaning, cleaning with abrasive material and/or chemicals, and the use of scrubbing/buffing machines.

One-Day vs. Two-Day Installations: What’s the Difference?
Rushing the installation process is not worth the risk. “One-day” systems often fail to address moisture issues entirely. They use a quick-curing polyurea or polyaspartic as the direct-to-concrete primer coat. These coatings are superb as clear topcoats, but aren’t spec’d for direct-to-concrete use, especially under medium to high concrete moisture conditions. Why? Because polyurea-polyaspartics can only be applied thinly and cure so quickly in the presence of moisture that there’s little time to deeply penetrate and bond with the concrete substrate. Over time, this makes these coatings susceptible to peeling and early deterioration.
Our two-day installation process prioritizes quality over a speedy installation. On day one, following concrete grinding, we apply a slow-curing, moisture-mitigating, 100%-solids epoxy primer that penetrates deep into the concrete. We allow a full day for the primer to cure. This moisture vapor barrier prevents damage from future moisture vapor transmission (MVT) and high hydrostatic pressures. On Day two, we apply two separate polyaspartic topcoats (not one like “one-day” coatings), which provide extreme UV and chemical resistance, and the wear and tear of daily use.
